• Help make your computer run reasonably faster
• Offer general suggestions that might help you stay safe online and offline with your computer and improve your computing experience
• Answer ANY computer related question to the best of our abilities
• Help install any new computer hardware/accessories that you've purchased from us or from somewhere else
• Help you set up simple and secure home networks (wireless, wired etc) using your hardware
• Help you install LINUX on your system if you request

What we will NOT do ??

• We will NOT help you install pirated software on your computer (we will instead recommend LEGAL and free and BETTER alternatives – where possible).
• We will NOT help do your laundry

Why are we doing this ??

• We enjoy what we do. We believe in what we do.
• We believe/hope that you will seriously consider caffe*nix for future paid work.
• We are educators and love to share knowledge.
• We feel knowledge should be freely accessible
